Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within any time stipulated. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practical.
European and Worldwide delivery can take up to 14 days after being dispatched and are subject to customs clearance.
Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses in the UK or overseas.
If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon – Fri (excluding public holidays etc).
When ordering mail-order goods from Just Add Lightness for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your Country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Just Add Lightness, you are considered the importer and must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
When you place an order on our website please make sure that your Account address is the address your credit/debit card is registered to. Your card authorisation process is checked against your Account address and if it is not correct your card will be declined and your order delayed until we receive the correct details from you. Please note, that due to security reasons, if you are a new customer placing your first order on our site, it must be dispatched to your credit card billing address (the address assigned to your credit card used for payment).
